Reporting Agent Services

When you engage MCS as your Reporting Agent we will not only import, validate and transmit your case data -- we provide help and advice about the potential impact your reporting may have on future demands for reimbursement from Medicare.

1. If you don’t report you are in violation of the Section 111 Mandatory Insurer Reporting Statue and Medicare may fine you $1,000 per day per unreported beneficiary,
2. If you do report, but receive errors, you have reported too late and you are subject to the same fines.  MCS has an outstanding record of submitting error-free records.
   
3.
